Bio
Sadie Morgan is a founding director of London-based design practice dRMM, who was the recipient of RIBA’s Stirling Prize in 2017. Sadie has undertaken a number of prominent advisory roles, including appointment as the London Mayor’s Design Advocate from 2017, chairing the Independent Design Panel for High Speed Two, and is a commissioner of the National Infrastructure Committee. She sits on competition jury and advisory panels including the RIBA National Awards Advisory Panel, and lectures internationally on the role of architects in society and the importance of infrastructure in connecting people and places. In 2013, Sadie became the youngest president of the Architectural Association and was shortlisted for the 2014 AJ Woman Architect of the Year award. She was named New Londoner of the Year at the New London Awards in 2017 for her work in ‘championing the importance of design at the highest political level’ and won the inaugural Female Architectural Leader of the Year at the BD Architect of the Year Awards.
