Subiaco Civic Building and Precinct landscape

Stage

COMPLETE

The City of Subiaco announces the launch of a two stage procurement process to find the design team for a new Civic Building and precinct landscape.

The two-step process comprises an initial expression of interest phase followed by concept design response from three shortlisted parties. Expressions of interest are now open to multi-disciplinary teams, which should include an architect and a landscape architect. Council will engage the winner, upon execution of contract, to deliver detailed design services for the new Civic Building and Precinct landscape.

  • Administration Building with ca. 150 workplaces

  • A public lobby with exhibition space/museum

  • Community hub with workshop rooms

  • Public toilets
