Introduction
Old Young’s intends to create a landmark new home in the heart of the Swan Valley. This new home combines a distillery, hospitality offering and administrative headquarters.
CityLab organises a Request for Proposals (RFP) to design the Old Young’s Distillery for Australian Distilling Ltd. The process was initiated with a registration of interest (ROI) for Australian registered architects in 2022. Following this process three architects have been selected to participate in the RFP phase. The selected architects are, in alphabetic order:
