The City of Greater Geelong is now in the final stages of the Civic Administration Precinct Competition. A winner will be announced from the shortlisted three teams epc.Pacific, Quintessential Equity and Raffles Charter Pty Ltd in October.
“Council is now looking forward to working with the shortlisted teams to present high quality, innovative concepts for the new precinct. The potential for this project is huge, and we are determined to see the precinct become a world class area that the Geelong community is proud of.” - Mayor Bruce Harwood
